Return Policy

We want you to love your Unpaved purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out!
We offer free returns that are eligible for store credit only. Store credit NEVER expires and can be used online or in store. As a small business, we are unable to sustain refunds and hope you can understand that. In order to receive store credit, items must be postmarked in its original mailer within 14 days of delivery date (this means within 14 days of the day you physically received your purchase). We do not issue store credit for any shipping fees you may have incurred.

In order to qualify for store credit, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags fully attached and fastened to their original spot
  • Not damaged
  • Shoes must be in their original box with its packaging, unworn
  • In addition, shoes must be in their original box with its packaging, unworn.

Items must be mailed back in the same mailer envelope/ box in which you received along with your receipt/ order confirmation.

Please email info@unpavedathleisure.com for a return shipping label. Unpaved is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. If the item itself is damaged in some way, please email us right away.

Please notify us an email that you have shipped it, so we can be sure to look out for your package!

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and then process your store credit or exchange.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for store credit and will not be accepted for a return, exchange, or store credit. These items are final sale.

Accessories and lifestyle products which include:

  • bags
  • socks
  • hats/headwear
  • jewelry
  • yoga gear (mats, straps, blankets,
  • blocks, towels and sprays)
  • skincare
  • haircare
  • suncare
  • books
  • powders/supplements
  • water bottles
  • home diffusers/ candles
  • coconut bowls

If you receive a damaged item, please email us right away with a picture of your purchase.

Sale and Discounted Items
Any item purchased while on sale is final sale. All sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you purchased an item with a personal promo code (meaning a code you used at checkout) and wish to return, you will be issued store credit at the cost you paid at that time, not at its original price.

In the rare instance Unpaved feels that this is not an eligible return, Unpaved reserves the right to refuse the return if we feel it has been worn, washed, or damaged. We are not responsible for any return postage on ineligible returns. We will contact you if you wish to pay for return shipping of that item.

Exchanges

Our items sell out fast! If you wish to exchange your recent purchase for an alternate size or color, please email info@unpavedathleisure.com within 14 days of delivery date. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock.
